About the brand

Drambuie is a whisky liqueur consisting of a blend of aged Scotch whisky, spices, herbs & heather honey. The origins of Drambuie can be traced back to a secret recipe created for Bonnie Prince Charlie by his Royal Apothecary in the 18th Century. The name Drambuie is derived from Scots Gaelic ‘An Dram Buidheach’ and means “The Drink that Satisfies”.

This horrible concoction is undrinkable. As many others have noted, the 15 year old is very different from the traditional - and wonderful - Drambuie but it goes much further than that. Simply stated, it's awful - almost beyond description. PLEASE don't waste your money on this abomination!
