About the brand

Baker's Bourbon is one of Jim Beam's small batch silo collections, alongside Basil Hayden's, Knob Creek, and Booker's Bourbon, representing the distillery's proud heritage and sitting below Booker's as the second-highest proofed iteration. Named after one of Jim Beam's grandsons, Baker Beam, the bourbon itself was formerly a small batch that is now being produced as a single-barrel, defined by a loose 7-year age structure (which often enters the 8th and onwards) and uniform 107 proof strength. Potent, punchy, and classically Beam, the Baker's brand has evolved as a two-part entity, with the 7-year old staple its flagship offering and the 13-year single barrel a more exclusive, elite drop. Nose - Caramel vanilla oak cinnamon and red apple. That bar nut note is sneaking out of sight however it's unobtrusive. The nose isn't hot in any way. Sense of taste - First taste is thick and rich. Caramel oak vanilla cinnamon and preparing flavors are the fundamental players. The completion is long and rich with earthy colored sugar pleasantness and oak flavors waiting on the back sense of taste. There's no liquor consume by any means only a lovely warmth. The force of the flavors and length of the completion is particularly amazing invigorated this isn't a barrel whiskey. This restricted discharge is a grand slam for Pillar.
