Nose

Dried oak, maple syrup, burnt sugar and a whiff of nutmeg.

Taste

Burnt sugar again, with a touch of smoke in tow. Toffee pennies and spiced oak.

Finish

Lasting warmth of cinnamon and flaky pastry.
