Craziest bottle I've ever seen, older than me... if I could ever have this in the collection, that would be it.

Had a nip at an extremely expensive whisky bar in NYC last year. Nice balance of flavors, with a gentle sweetness and oaky dryness throughout. An even-keeled whiskey. There are notes of candied fruit, ripe berries, vanilla, marzipan, and dates, with suggestions of sweet corn, vanilla, charcoal, and cinnamon. Becoming dry with a mature finish
