A Cross Border Collaboration

Distilled and matured in Alberta, Canada, Caribou Crossing is then shipped to the US and bottled at the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Released twice a year, it's composed of an undisclosed mash bill, matured for a minimum of 3+ years in single casks (estimated to be ex-bourbon) and bottled at 80-proof.

A Surprising Sip

The nose opens with a slightly fruity aroma, along with notes of citrus, vanilla, caramel, and honey. Matured in a single cask, this highly prized whisky is produced in limited quantities.
