Taking the standard fire-charred American oak aged US-1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskey and finishing it in a second 'toasted' barrel, this 91.4 proof limited edition small-batch bourbon is painstakingly crafted, one of the reasons why it has been released so sparingly and gained such cult status among collectors.

Renowned for its unique and unusual 'toasted marshmallow' flavor, expect a profile reminiscent of a 'campfire', with cinnamon, vanilla, pecan and candied fruits rounding out this classic American whiskey.

"While Michter’s stands as a popular and well-loved whiskey, I found today’s tasting to be good but not great. Perhaps it’s a personal preference but I found the bite of the whiskey to be nearly too intense, and could have used a smoothing property, perhaps a bit more sweetness. That said, this tasting is well worth the time and if you can find yourself a bottle, I recommend giving it a go."
