Wild Hibiscus Distilling is a branch of Wild Hibiscus Flower Co. of Australia and produces varietals of gin infused with edible flowers and fruits unique to its mother company. Founded in 1999 by Lee Etherington, Wild Hibiscus Flower Co. launched into the world spotlight with the introduction of its flagship release, Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup. Specializing in edible flowers, the company incorporates them into wine, food, and cocktails. An extension of Wild Hibiscus, Wild Hibiscus Distilling Co. specializes in gin offerings showcasing aged gin blended with distinct finger limes. The limes are grown and harvested on Etherington's own estate - an 80-acre farm in Kurrajong Heights at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Australia. Wild Hibiscus Distilling also produces gin baubles for Gingle Bells Gin, another arm of Wild Hibiscus Flower Co.
