Revel

Revel Spirits are a super-premium alcohol brand best known for their Revel Avila. Exclusive to the Mexican state of Morelos, Avila is an agave spirit that isn't tequila or mezcal, its something new entirely. Avila borrows from the processes used to make tequila and mezcal including steaming and roasting the heart of the agave plants. However, what sets Avila apart is the mineral-rich terroir of Morelos nourished by the Popocatépetl volcano which produces a unique agave flavor with a hint of smoke.
