First developed by the Mitchell & Son family from a recipe dating back to the 1900s, Blue Spot Single Pot Irish Whiskey personifies the elegance and legacy of quality Mitchell & Son exemplified within the brand's heritage. As a part of the Spot Whiskey line-up, Blue Spot is matured for a minimum of 7 years in a marriage of expertly selected bourbon casks, sherry butts, and imported Portuguese Madeira wine cask and is bottled at pure cask strength. The entirety of the Spot Whiskey brand was discontinued in the mid-1960s, however much to the surprise and excitement of premium whiskey collectors throughout the world - the brand has been revived and is now produced in partnership with Midleton Distillery. Acclaimed, highly collectible, and coveted by many enthusiasts from coast to coast and sea to sea, Blue Spot joins its siblings Green Spot, Red Spot, Yellow Spot, and Gold Spot in taking the whiskey world by storm once again!
