Officially founded in 2019 by brothers Victor, Christian, and Bryson Yarbourgh - Brough Brothers Bourbon is a line of selectively crafted American whiskey. The brand originally offered MGP-sourced whiskies and was only available in the UK, where the trio’s experience in the export/import business was first established in the early 2000s. This all changed, however, when the brothers opened their Brough Bourbon Distillery in 2020 in Louisville, Kentucky, heralded as the first African-American owned distillery in the state. Brough Brothers Bourbon focuses on small-batch iterations - with in-house distillations crafted from a mash bill primarily consisting of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, and is aged a minimum of 6 months in American white oak. This highly-anticipated brand has since expanded its US distribution and can now be found in over 28 states nationwide.
