Heaven’s Door is a brand of American whiskey with origins that began in 2015 when co-founder - singer/songwriter Bob Dylan - coined the trademarked term ‘bootleg whiskey’. Three years later in 2018, the very first bottle of Heaven’s Door Whiskey was batched, bottled, and made available for sale. Along with co-founders Marc Bushala, former originator of Angel’s Envy Bourbon, and legendary whiskey master Ryan Perry of beverage conglomerate Diageo – Bob Dylan’s venture into the development and success of this renowned brand has taken the whiskey market by storm. In keeping with the celebrity’s bootleg ideals, the brand offers annual limited-edition iterations from the aptly named Bootleg Series. Each release is decorated images of with one of Dylan’s oil or watercolor paintings, with the first of the series launched in 2019. In addition to the Bootleg Series, Heaven’s Door offers 3 primary expressions in its line-up; Heaven’s Door Straight Bourbon, Double Barrel, and Straight Rye.
