Rombauer Vineyards was founded in 1980 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer and is situated in the luscious and world-renowned terroir of California's Napa Valley. Harnessing selections of premium fruits harvested from Sonoma County, the Sierra Foothills, and Santa Lucia Highlands - the winery is best known for its superior quality wines made in the Carneros style and pristine estates spread throughout Napa Valley. Releasing its first botting in 1984, Rombauer has amassed a cult following of Napa Valley wine lovers, quick to appreciate the winery's distinctive fruit-forward flavor and expressive finishing. Despite Koerner Rombauer's passing in 2018, Rombauer Vineyards has since expanded its influence within California's wine world and is the home base for popular brands including Dominus, Duckhorn, Merryvale, and Etude among others.
