Cited as one - if not the - ultimate Lowland malt whisky, Rosebank is a brand much treasured for its decadence, luxurious finish, and wonderfully sublime palate. The Rosebank Distillery was founded in 1840 and originally situated in Camelon between the famous cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow Scotland. Unfortunately, the distillery was closed in 1993 - but some of its remaining stock was saved and has since been released by the new owner, Ian Macleod Distillers Ltd, who purchased Rosebank Distillery and the trademark from liquor conglomerate Diago in 2017. Ian Distillers aims to continue the tradition of the Rosebank brand and pursues new offerings of this iconic Lowland whisky while they re-establish Rosebank Whisky and construct a new distillery in its name. Highly prized for its singularly floral hues, Rosebank Whisky is a non-peated, triple-distilled single malt that rewards the taster with an unforgettable sipping experience that simply begs to be savored to the very last drop.
