A truly unique project that sources 'forgotten' or 'abandoned' batches and barrels that distilleries may have left behind or not released for production, Orphan Barrel locates ultra-aged American whiskeys from some of the most famous distilleries around the USA and reinvents their release.
Whether it's the spectacular Lost Prophet 22 Year Old, originally distilled at George T. Stagg Distillery, or the scintillating Rhetoric 23 Year Old, which was partially matured at the old Stitzel-Weller Distillery, Orphan Barrel unearths some of the most beautiful and complex 'orphaned' bourbon whiskeys that the United States has to offer, giving them new homes where they can be enjoyed rather than lost in time.
