Poli Distillerie - the makers of Jacopo Poli Grappa - was established in 1898 in Schiavon, Italy. Founded by the Poli family, the distillery is known for its superior grappa, derived from grape pomace (the skin of the grape). Distilling exclusively fresh grape-pomace sourced from local and renowned Italian wineries, Poli Grappa utilizes one of the oldest copper-cauldron distillation processes in Italy. Notably, during the wake of the coronavirus, Poli expanded into manufacturing an alcohol-cleaning spray to clean and disinfect masks. Poli Distillere produces several unique offerings of premium spirits, liquors, and of course Grappa - including Jacopo Poli Morbida Smooth, Grappa di Sassicai, and even a distinct brandy called L'Arzente Wine Brandy.
